The art retreat is designed to encourage your creative pursuit.
The focus of the retreat is to create some art in a home-like relaxed environment in the company of like-minded people.
Accommodation is provided at third-party homestays.
The service and amenities available at the homestay are mentioned on their website. In case of a medical emergencies, first aid kit would be available, any other medical assistance including hospitalisation will need to be arranged and paid for by the guests
At the homestay, we would request you to be respectful towards nature, the property and fellow guests.
Any damage to the property attributable to you is to be made good.
While every effort is made to ensure that your stay is safe and hygienic, we do not accept responsibility or liability for any untoward incidents, accidents, fellow guests' conduct etc.
We also do not accept responsibility or liability for any disruption in the retreat schedule due to any event beyond our control.
You will be required to fill out a registration form.
We would ask you for basic personal information like age, gender etc so that we can make your accommodation comfortable.
We will not supply your information to any third parties.
We may send you notifications for upcoming programs.
You can always choose to unsubscribe.
To book your space in the retreat, 50 percent of the fee is to be deposited at the time of registration.
The balance amount has to be paid up 10 days before the retreat commences.
In case of a retreat is canceled by us 100% refund will be made.
100% refund if you cancel your booking at least 4 weeks prior to the retreat date, 50% refund if you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the retreat and 0% refund less than 2 weeks before the start date.
We will try our best to accommodate replacement guests should you choose to nominate them in your place.
Our liability, under all circumstances, is limited to refunding the fee received from you.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
